This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Refined Route within the Republic of South Africa.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:

Major Cities: 2–5 business days

Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

Outlying / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or minimum order values.
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
Refined Route will not be responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Ownership of goods passes to you only once full payment has been received.
6. Tracking
Where applicable, tracking details will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact support@refinedroute.co.za.
7. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

Courier service disruptions

Weather conditions

Strikes or civil unrest

Load shedding or power outages

Government actions
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the packaging and product.
Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your claim.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only, unless otherwise stated.
If international shipping becomes available, additional customs duties and taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
